Jeffrey Cohen
Chief Executive Officer

Jeffrey Cohen is chief executive officer of NovaTracker, a global provider of GPS and wireless solutions.

Cohen is responsible for providing corporate vision, strategic direction, financial controls, as well as overseeing product development, manufacturing priorities and strategic sales.

Cohen joined the company in November, 2006, after a year at Columbus Nova, LLC; a private equity firm that currently owns NovaTracker. At Columbus Nova, he focused on the company's venture division from financial, operational and strategic perspectives.

Prior to joining Columbus Nova, Cohen worked for six years at Eureka Networks (formerly eLink Communications), a national infrastructure-based telecommunications company. At Eureka, he opened the New York office, spearheaded sales and marketing and helped grow company sales to over $95M in 2005.

Cohen earned an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 2005 and a BA from Duke University in Market’s and Management, History and English.
