Remote Timekeeping
Security administrators can use GuardTrax™ to remotely maintain timesheets for payroll and break documentation purposes. Personnel “clock in” by keying their four-digit employee code when they arrive at their post. This establishes a time/date and location stamp. And, when they end a shift or take a break, they key in their employee code once again to “clock out.” This feature allows security firms to precisely manage payroll and prevent guards from covering for each other when late for a shift.

Custom Configuration
Enabled with leading-edge Nova IQ™ firmware technology, GuardTrax™ is extremely robust and highly configurable. Each unit is customized to meet precise business, logistical and management requirements. And, as needs change Nova IQ™ -enabled devices can be reconfigured remotely, over-the-air (OTA).

Each GuardTrax™ alert-code and notification protocol is determined by the security firm. During the initial configuration for each device, GuardTrax™ clients determine what alert codes are available to guards, what the key sequence will be, and to what supervisor email or mobile phone the notification will be transmitted to.

Weighing only 6.4 ounces and measuring a mere 1.2 x 2.3 x 6.4 (inches), GuardTrax™ is barely larger than the average cell phone. It is easily tucked into a shirt or pant pocket. Rugged design and a weather-resistant case make for a functional and durable device.
